Lunch proved popular today also, all that was left was the spatter of speed-serving.

The big thrill during lunch was the emergence of an OLPC (the $100 Laptop). There was a flash of bright green zooming through the crowd, and like a Galaxy Quest starship dragging mines there was an eager bunch of Sys Admins in hot pursuit.

Designed to allow every child in the world with the opportunity of owning their very own laptop, this project has a massive support following, for more information check out the olpc site.

The Future of Systems Administration panel session encouraged a lot of lot of great discussion and comment.
